Say Word recognizes the brilliance and efforts of our poets on and off the stage. This year we want our talented participants to show us the poet behind the poem. The Say Word slam team thrives from our youth creating supportive environments, engaging in civic responsibility and celebrating diversity to do more than just perform behind a mic, but to lift our community and create positive social change.
